Music is in the Air--Spring Concert 2009
The music and choir programs at Dixie rocked the house in the MPR at the Annual Spring Concert. Thanks to the dedicated music students and talented music teachers for their many hours of practice this year!.
Our 3rd graders explored music concepts through chorus and the flutophone, and will be ready to select their new instrument or continue in chorus this Fall. For many students in the 4th grade, it is their first experience with an instrument, and each student will continue to learn and grow; as did our the 5th graders who now create excitement for music by playing popular and iconic pieces that everyone can appreciate. Congratulations 5th graders! We hope you continue with music and chorus at Miller Creek! Have a great summer, and practice, practice, practice!
